Donate Blood/Get Flu Shot Sunday Morning, October 27 As a service to the temple membership and others the Brotherhood has arranged to have the blood mobile of the SunCoast Blood Bank available to donors on Sunday, October 27 from 9 am to noon. The blood mobile will be located adjacent to the temple parking area. The need for blood donations has never been greater so pitch in and donate. Every person who donates blood prior to the Brotherhood event that begins at 9:30 am that morning will receive a free bagel and lox breakfast. For further details regarding the event see the Brotherhood flyer located in this issue of the Temple Times or in the flyer rack in the temple lobby. And there’s more. On the same day, the Brotherhood has also arranged to have Walgreens administer flu and pneumonia shots, in most cases free with insurance coverages. The shots will be offered starting at 11 am in the temple offices. Bring your insurance documents to receive the benefits of a free flu or pneumonia shot. Up to 20% of the U.S. population contracts the flu annually representing about 60 million cases. Don’t be a statistic, get your shot right after the Brotherhood event.
