Mitzvah Day
Mitzvah Day
On this day of community service, Temple Emanu-El volunteers reach out to make a difference. From the youngest students to the eldest seniors, all join together on this special afternoon. We host an afternoon tea for the elderly, cook hot meals for the homeless, prepare presents for children in need, socialize with dogs and cats awaiting adoption, volunteer at the food bank, and so much more! In so many ways, we touch the lives of others.
