Growing Together: Planning Our Future

There is no greater responsibility for any organization than to ensure the safety of all who gather there. With the recent rise of antisemitism across the country and around the world, Jewish organizations must be particularly concerned with security – and Temple Emanu-El is no exception.

In consultation with our trusted security advisors, plans have been drawn that will enhance security features throughout the property by installing decorative yet secure bollards throughout the campus, with low walls and gates to control access in sensitive areas. We will also improve lighting throughout the parking area. Some of these enhancements will be readily visible and others will not.

Funding from the Growing Together campaign will enable us to better ensure the safety of all who choose to worship, learn, gather and celebrate on our campus.
