Tot Shabbat

Bring the kids and join us for a gleeful Tot Shabbat, held once a month on Saturday mornings at Temple Emanu-El.

We begin on the playground for socializing with old and new friends and enjoying Shabbat play together. Then we move inside for a bagel breakfast, crafts, songs and movement, prayers and a story. The program is geared for families with children ages 2-6, but all are welcome.

Special occasions also bring special activities. We celebrate holidays together, gather at local parks or favorite spots such as Hunsader Farms, enjoy “scavenger hunts” in the sanctuary and family yoga, and bestow birthday blessings on our children. Through Tot Shabbat, we forge meaningful and beautiful relationships among our families, and introduce our little ones to the joy of being Jewish.
