Rabbi's Welcome
Rabbi Glickman's Welcome
I congratulate you on finding this wonderful gem of a congregation. Temple Emanu-El is the most friendly and genuine community that I have ever known. Every guest is greeted warmly and is immediately struck by the vibrancy of life at Temple. Our services are alive with music and participation. Our classes are engaging and delightful. Our social action is passionate. Please join us for services this Friday and see why Temple Emanu-El is the fastest-growing congregation in the region.
Most of us do not have family here in Sarasota, so our bonds of friendship become especially close. We celebrate holidays and special birthdays together. We take care of each other in times of need. Our Temple friends become family.
When we first came to Sarasota with young children, we were looking for more than a Temple. We wanted our children to grow up as part of a community. We have found this in Temple Emanu-El. We have found kindness and warmth. We have found good people who share our love for Judaism and the Jewish people. It is a blessing.
Please come and see us in person. I would love to introduce you to everyone.
