Join us for Shabbat Services!

Shabbat is sacred and joyful at Temple Emanu-El, and our chance to welcome new friends to our Temple family. Please come and join us!

During the summer season, we begin our service each Friday with blessings and oneg at 5:30, an abbreviated service at 6:00, and then out to have dinner together in groups large and small.

The rest of the year, each Friday evening, beginning at 7:15pm,  Rabbi Brenner Glickman and Rabbi Michael Shefrin lead a spiritual service with an intellectually stimulating sermon surrounded by joyous music from our choir. We sing most of the prayers together, but there is always a piece or two that the choir sings with a beauty that transports us.

All Shabbat services are open to the public. Come and let us welcome you!
